Scenery Pointe Condominium

Welcome to the Scenery Pointe Condominium community web site.

The community was constructed between 1990-1992 and is located in Germantown, Maryland to the east side of I-270.

Scenery Pointe consists of 156 garage condominium homes and 56 condominium homes without garages. The community is bisected by Scenery Drive and has addresses on Dunstable Circle, Dunstable Drive and Gateshead Circle.

The purpose of this site is to provide homeowners of our community with easy access to our association and information relevant to our neighborhood and community.
Upcoming Board Meetings
Scenery Pointe Upcoming Board meeting for the remainder of 2017 will be held at the Up County Service Center Located at 12900 Middlebrook Road in Germantown Maryland at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates.

September 11, 2017
October 12, 2017
November 9, 2017
December 14, 2017

Note: Starting in September the meetings will be held on the second Thursday of every month.

Updated Rules & Regulations
The Board of Directors for Scenery Pointe Condominium (Condominium) has recently approved revised Architectural Guidelines as well a Policy Resolution for Trash & Recycling Disposal for the Condominium. These documents have been incorporated into an updated Rules & Regulations package that is available to download on the Condo Documents tab (click above). You are encouraged to download and/or print and keep a copy of these documents with your important Scenery Pointe documents. If you have a tenant, Maryland law requires that you provide a copy to them.
Pet Etiquette
The Board of Directors has received an increased number of complaints regarding pets - especially owners that do not pick up after their dogs. Please be aware of the following County Pet Waste Law:

An owner must not allow an animal to damage or defecate on property outside of the owner's property. An animal may defecate on public property or the common area of property in which the owner shares an interest if the owner immediately removes and disposes of the feces by a sanitary method. Feces may be picked up in a plastic bag. If this bag is placed inside another plastic bag, it may be put out for disposal in your normal household trash.

Penalty for Violation - $100
